We have crossed the 100 requests for the January 2008 Facilitator Training!
Dr. Goldratt has agreed to extend the number of available seats, so there are still some places available for the Facilitator Training of the Goldratt Webcast Program on Project Management!
The Goldratt Program on Project Management is aimed to enable individuals and organizations to get immediate and consistent results. Therefore the FULL program consists of:
- Face to face training of an individual to facilitate understanding and implementation of the TOC solution for Project Management
- Over 10 hours of onsite group training for managers and supervisors on answering the question of HOW to implement the TOC solution for Project Management given by Dr. Eli Goldratt himself.
- Review mechanism of the presentation and material on HOW to implement the TOC solution for Project Management throughout a two week period (24 hours a day).
The first 3-day Facilitator Training will be given by Dr Eli Goldratt in Miami, Florida on January 18 to 20, 2008.
The five LIVE webcast sessions of 2.5 hours in length each, will start February 13, 2008 and will continue with one session every two weeks.
The OnDemand access to each of the five webcast sessions will be available in several languages starting in English on February 14th, 2008 (starting dates for OnDemand viewing in languages different than English will be announced later).
Participating in The Goldratt Webcast Program on Project Management gives free membership to the TOC Club, where participants will share their experiences and enrich their learning on TOC applications
